NASBA Investigator Agreement

By submitting this application, the applicant agrees that the personal information provided will be used by NASBA to populate a database of available CPAs interested in serving as investigators for state boards of accountancy. An individual may not submit information to be included in the pool if he/she has been convicted of a felony.

The information compiled within this database is intended strictly for use by boards of accountancy and will be shared with state boards of accountancy at their request. The applicant hereby authorizes NASBA or any board of accountancy utilizing this information to contact third parties to verify the information provided by the applicant.

Inclusion in this database should not be used by applicant in written or oral representations, including but not limited to listing or referencing this pool on a C.V. or as part of certification as an expert witness.  Inclusion in this database should not be relied upon by third parties as indicating that applicant holds a credential, is considered as having specialized knowledge or skill, or is in any way endorsed by NASBA.
